Ezra is one of the founders of PocketLegal. He graduated with a Bachelors of Law in 2004 from the University of New South Wales and began work as a family and commercial lawyer.
His career took a turn towards the advertising industry. Several years spent in the web development and communications industries means Ezra is technologically-driven and talented in project management. Ezra has brought this passion for technology to PocketLegal through the use and development of new technology. This allows him and the team to achieve PocketLegal’s ultimate goal: improving and streamlining the immigration experience for both clients and agents.
Benji graduated from UNSW with a Masters in Law in 2011, having previously completed his Bachelor degree at Macquarie. Benji is a specialist in employer-sponsored visas (457,186,187), family class visas and business investment visas. He is familiar with Federal Court and the Migration Review Tribunal appeals. He co-founded PocketLegal inspired to bring a fresh approach to this area of law.
In addition to immigration law, Benji is experience with intellectual property claims, class actions, civil litigation, commercial law and property law.
Alessia Comandini is an Italian trained lawyer who, after moving to Australia, obtained a second degree in 2015 at Sydney University and was subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW.
After working as a legal advisor on insurance compensation, Alessia shifted her focus to immigration law, a matter dear to her, having personally experienced the complexity of Australian law. Alessia is able to assist clients by guiding them step by step from selecting an appropriate visa, lodging applications, and managing appeal matters.
Veronica is passionate about immigration law and policy. She is experienced across a broad range of visa categories including employment visas, student visas and PR pathways. She is the resident expert on migration skills assessments and is committed to providing quality service to every client.
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Laws from UTS, and speaks both English and Bahasa Indo
